Camp La Junta

You have been asked to complete a reference/recommendation form for a potential Camp La Junta summer employee.  We desire people with enthusiasm, energy initiative,   maturity, sensitivity and a superior ability to get along with both children and adults.  Camp La Junta is a summer youth camp in the Texas Hill Country.  All staff members are counselors counted upon to supervise cabins of 8-12 youth as well as to instruct an activity 5 hours each day.  Employees work long days, from 7:30 am  to 10:00 pm  for nine weeks.   The position requires employees to assume much responsibility as role model to impressionable 6 - 15 year olds.  Because of the sensitivity and importance of a position working with young people, we would appreciate your candid opinion of this applicant.
